A Goofy Movie (1995): A hearse cruises by with a singing corpse in a coffin in this cute Disney flick.
Addams Family (1991): Nice old ambulance from Looney bin takes one of the family "home" again after the big party. Buy it!
Addams Family Values (1993): The Addams nanny Debbie orders a hearse for Fester to pick up his body at the airport, but he's not dead, unfortunately for Debbie. Buy it!
Addams Family Reunion (1999): The Addams Grandparents arrive in a swanky mid 60's S&S Hearse, features Tim Curry of The Rocky Horror Picture Show & Clue as Gomez.
Adventures of Ford Fairlane (1990): Ford is rescuing Zoo-Zoo Petals at the funeral of her rock star husband. Note the dead, or is she, beauty in the back.
"You morticians really know how to party!"
Affliction (1998):An hour into the film there we see a hearse and a limousine at the funeral of Nick Nolte's character's mother.
Agnes Browne (1999): When Agnes Brown's (Anjelica Huston) hubbie dies, she discovers herself in this dramatic comedy.
Alice's Restaurant (1969): Features many scenes, including a funeral, of a 1953 Eureka Flower Car.
All the Presidents Men (1976): Robert Redford is at a pay phone with his 'informant' and in the background a hearse drives by.
The Ambulance (1990): High top Ambulance from hell, which sadly, gets smashed
Ambulance : Racing for Life (A&E) no details given
American Beauty (1999): An hour into the film a late model hearse drives down the street toward Jane and Rick. There's a long head-on shot and a brief look at the side of the car.
B.A.D. Cats (1980): The climax of the film, is a 1969 hearse in a car chase, that eventually gets rolled over, and explodes
The Beast Within (1982): The town undertaker can be seen in and near his hearse a couple of times in the movie.
Beverly Hills Body Snatchers (1989): Features a 1969 Superior Crown Royale Cadillac hearse
The Big Chill (1983): 1978 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Citation Hearse.
Biography (TV): Marilyn Monroe: Shows her funeral using a 1962 Eureka landau-style 3-way
The Black Book (2006): No, not that black book. A movie featuring a 1938 LaSalle S & S Carved Sided Damascus Funeral Coach.
The Blues Brothers (1980): Cab Calloway drives a '68 (Eureka?) Flower Car, a good one for video capture, it's so short.
Bordello of Blood (1996): Gorgeous old 60's Eureka Limo Style lurks in front of the house of ill repute.
The Boy in the Plastic Bubble (1970's): Eleven minutes into the film we see a red 1950's vintage ambulance/hearse as it brings Todd (John Travolta) home.
The Brave Little Toaster (1988): A cartoon movie, has a scene with a talking cartoon hearse. Toward the end of the movie in a junkyard scene, the hearse (and a limo) sing before they are sadly crushed in the compacter.
Bringing Out the Dead (1999): Yep, it's all box style ambulances, why is it here? 'Cause in my opinion, it darn well rocks. Nicholas Cage is an ambulance driver in Hell's Kitchen, NY, and the film takes you with him on his tour of madness.
Brute Force (1947): Burt Lancaster playing an inmate plots a breakout. Also stars Yvonne De Carlo (aka Lily Munster)
Bubba Ho-Tep (2003) Bruce Campbell (yes, that Bruce Campbell of the Evil Dead Trilogy), Ossie Davis. Nice looking coach appears a few times to take out the dead from the senior citizen home.
(thanks GuttahTrash)

Burnt Offerings (1976): Bette Davis, a possessed house, and a old black Rolls Hearse.
Cadillac Man (1990): Robin Williams offers to sell a new hearse to a funeral director in need of one at the beginning of the film. (Cool Flower Car too!)
Candy Stripe Nurses (1974): The only place that there is an ambulance in this flick is on the box! 70's Sexploitation flick.
The Car (1977): No, it's not a hearse. But we sure love this 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III customized by George Barris for the flick. It doesn't hurt it's one of Amy the Hearse Queen's favorite movies either. Out of print, hard to get but very very worth it.
The Chamber (1996): 100 min into the film is a nice long shot of hearse coming in to pick up the soon to be executed Gene Hackman.
Chamber of Horrors (1966): A hearse ominously drives up to a Museum.
Chopper Chicks in Zombie Town (1992): There is a mid-seventies black Superior Cadillac hearse driven by a midget. It shows up in a few scenes with a good shot of the whole car later in the movie. It is worth it to see a midget driving a hearse.
The Cider House Rules (1999): There is a nice long shot from a distance of a 1940s vintage black hearse as Mrs. Rose's body is loaded into the back at an hour and 49 minutes into the film.
